Mark Kelley, P.E., LEED AP, is the president of the Randolph Center, Vt.-based Hickory Consortium, specializing in whole-building integrated design, systems dynamics and sustainable building engineering. He is a nationally recognized authority on buildings as systems, building energy efficiency and sustainable construction.
