The Energy Management Association (EMA) will conduct a virtual seminar for its Energy Management Professional Certification (EMP) on Nov. 9-10, 2020, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Eastern.
The 4-hour EMP seminar helps EMP candidates understand and apply the concepts and framework of a commissioning-based energy management process that achieves maximum energy efficiency and optimum building performance. Approved candidates may then take the EMP exam at one of 900 local testing centers.
The EMP Certification is Accredited by the American National Standards Institute and recognized by DOE’s Better Buildings Workforce Program, in governmental specs, energy benchmarking, disclosure and retrocommissioning laws, and utility incentive programs. Attendees of the EMP Seminar will earn 4 AIA LU continuing education credits that are applicable for various engineering-related certifications and licenses, including CxA certification.
