The National Nail?s STINGER brand has been added to the GAF Tools4Success Guide, a catalogue of preferred vendors for members of the Certified Contractor Program (CCP). GAF builds vendor partnerships to bring its factory-certified contractors offers and business-building tools for their businesses.
“Vendor partner relationships are a part of our CCP offering to assist our contractors in building their businesses and increasing jobsite efficiencies,” says Jim Slauson, vice president of GAF Certification Program and Services. “We are pleased to add National Nails STINGER brand to our Tools4Success vendor portfolio to get quality products into their hands.”
“We are thrilled to have National Nails STINGER brand chosen as a GAF preferred vendor,” says Scott Baker, CEO, National Nail. “The STINGER CN100 cap fastening system is an option to protect against moisture and high winds. The STINGER caps prevent tearing and blow off of the underlayment. It’s an honor to be able to share this technology with the network of GAF factory-certified contractors. He adds that the STINGER CN100 cap fastening system complies with roofing underlayment warranties.”
STINGER collated tools are 50 percent faster than applying caps by hand which allows the contractor to complete more roofs each year and ensures a safe application by maintaining three points of contact (one hand, two feet).
For more than ten years, the STINGER brand of cap fasteners has been at the forefront of innovation as a way to reduce moisture from entering the house by diverting water away from entry points caused by staples or nails.
