Leviton has expanded its VerifEye Building Manager Online (BMO) web-based energy information software for submetering applications. The BMO platform is suitable for submetering applications in multi-dwelling units (MDUs), commercial offices, multi-facility operations, education campuses, industrial/manufacturing plants, and more.
This measurement and verification (M&V) software offers three primary modules for energy monitoring or tenant billing in a single facility or an unlimited portfolio of buildings. The Base Module allows users to summarize energy information to identify consumption and demand patterns in defined intervals. The Advanced Reporting Module includes all the Base Module features including a variety of detailed analytic reports, custom report design, and dashboard displays. The Tenant Billing module includes all the features of the Advanced Reporting module and allows users to create invoices and tenant billing reports.
With the enhanced Leviton VerifEye BMO, users can create virtual meters to easily report on aggregated end use energy loads such as lighting, HVAC, plug loads and other equipment. Multi-unit property operators can also equitably allocate and invoice individual tenant utility costs as well as allocate common area costs. The platform provides a variety of billing summary reports as well as a portal for tenants to individually view their energy usage information online.
The VerifEye portfolio delivers a complete utility submetering solution that includes electric submeters, gas meters, water meters, communication products for data collection, and BMO energy information software options for energy monitoring or tenant billing. Highly accurate submeters record consumption data in real-time and transmit the output to the communication products that send the data to the BMO web-based software.
BMO can be used to comply with ASHRAE 90.1, 2019 Title 24, Part 6, Seattle Energy Code, and New York Local Law 88 for energy monitoring and disaggregation of electrical circuit requirements.
