GRAPHISOFT, a Building Information Modeling (BIM) architectural software developer, will sponsor renowned international design firm, BIG’s (Bjarke Ingels Group’s) returning exhibition to the National Building Museum.
Titled HOT TO COLD: an odyssey of architectural adaptation, the display opens on Jan. 24, 2015, and remains on view through Aug. 30, 2015. The exhibition demonstrates how BIG’s design solutions exist in and are shaped by the hottest and the coldest parts of planet Earth. Featuring 20 of the studio’s latest projects, the exhibit provides a glimpse into how the firm works with intense creativity and innovation while developing concepts for new buildings.
“We are honored to contribute to the exhibition of one of our most successful client’s signature designs at the National Building Museum,” says Viktor Varkonyi, CEO of GRAPHISOFT. “It’s a testimony to how significant their design philosophy and work has become in the U.S. and beyond.”
