THE RETROFIT
Because the Seven Gables Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the $3.5 million project required historic-renovation expertise. Poettker Construction’s hospitality experts were engaged by Restoration St. Louis for overall interior restoration updates and accessibility layout adjustments. The project was completed in summer 2019.
