It reduces the required HVAC capacity and size and extends the lifetime of HVAC equipment. The technology provides an average of 20 to 40 percent annual energy cost savings and enables a 60 to 80 percent reduction in outside air intake required for ventilation. It is compliant with ASHRAE Standard 62.1 and eligible for LEED credits and utility rebates. The technology easily can be retrofitted to an existing commercial building.
