Carnegie has introduced Biobased Xorel—a high-performance interior textile with 60 to 85 percent plant-based content, depending on pattern. The rollout features six products, including the relaunch of three existing patterns: Strie, Nexus and Dash. Three new patterns—embroideries Abacus and Topiary and embossed design Veneer—are also part of the launch. The designs offer a range of 91 colorways with no discernable visual or performance differences from existing Xorel products. Biobased Xorel has achieved Gold Cradle-to-Cradle certification.
