Universal Lighting Technologies Inc. announces availability of its LED EVERLINE Wall Packs. The LED wall pack line, formally launched in early 2015, serves as a direct upgrade option for outdoor lamps and ballasts, and is an ideal option for “HID season.”
“HID season,” known as the time of year when light output is reevaluated with the need for longer operating hours, is a key time to upgrade HID to LED technology. LED technology reduces energy consumption compared to conventional HID lighting systems and also offers easier controllability, excellent color, light uniformity, enhanced safety and less maintenance.
Universal’s EVERLINE Wall Pack luminaire is available for HID replacement and new construction solutions. The luminaires produce a sustained output while operating over wide temperature ranges and in harsh environments like rain, snow and sleet. EVERLINE Wall Packs meet this challenge with reliable, efficient and long-lasting performance. These units offer efficient optical performance and illumination in a choice of five lumen packages (1,000 lumens to 3,300 lumens) and two CCT options (4000K and 5000K) while maximizing energy efficiency.
Wall packs are one of the most widely installed lighting fixtures in the market. LED wall packs produce more light per consumed watt than HID models and are essentially maintenance-free because of their long life. The result is a drastically reduced cost of ownership. Unlike HID sources, LEDs are “instant-on” with no delay to achieving full light output during initial strike or restrike, providing light when needed.
Universal LED technology features the reliability of complete in-house design (electronic, thermal and optical) with EVERLINE “matched” modules and drivers.
