LSI Industries Inc. announced that it has named a new national accounts sales manager. Erin Nichols will fill the role. Ms. Nichols will work with distributors to expand lighting product sales, manage customer satisfaction, and provide the first-class service upon which LSI is built. In addition, Ms. Nichols will be instrumental in creating direct relationships with a range of national retailers, including hypermarket, warehouse, discount, and retail-banking formats, by leveraging the strength of LSI Industries’ diverse product offerings, and helping LSI’s customers to be more competitive in their markets.
Prior to joining LSI Industries, Ms. Nichols achieved revenue-generation, customer-acquisition and customer-retention metrics in account management and business development roles for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
