Ohio roofing manufacturer Isaiah Industries announced the completion of the first two metal roofs donated to families located in Michigan and California, just in time for the new year. Named “Roofs of Love”, the program is designed to help deserving families around the world gain proper shelter through safer roofs that will last for the next 50 years. A dozen additional families are slated to receive free roofs in 2022.
“As a manufacturer of residential metal roofing, we’re in the shelter business,” says Todd Miller, CEO of Isaiah Industries, the multi-million-dollar metal roofing company that operates based on Christian values. “And, since shelter is such basic necessity of life, we figured what better way to honor and glorify God than by helping others with our core business.” The goal was to finalize the projects before the end of 2021. They met their goal.
The 2021 recipients included an elderly Michigan couple who received a faulty roof installation from an unscrupulous contractor, as well as a disabled California veteran and his family. Families are chosen as recipients based upon specific needs or life circumstances.
“Each roof we donate is manufactured here in the USA at our manufacturing plant in Ohio,” says Miller. “We only use the highest quality metal materials that are built to last the next 50 years.” Both projects were finalized in time for the families to enjoy a more secure and safer home as they rung in the new year.
