Spanish interior design and ceramic specialist, Porcelanosa, continues its international expansion. Three years after the launch of its store located on Fifth Avenue in New York, the group has now bought the adjacent building.
With the acquisition of this building, Porcelanosa extends the surface of its store to reach 2,516 square meters; distributed between a basement, seven floors and a roof-top.
Interest from New Yorkers has driven the investment of the Vila-real based company, encouraging the increase of its exhibition in order to showcase the lines of products Porcelanosa has to offer.
The CBRE España branch located in Valencia, Spanish lawyers Uría Menéndez from its New York, office and the U.S. law firm, Duval and Stachenfeld LLP have all advised the decision to expand and move forward.
