Riello, a combustion technology since 1922, is offering its wall-hung boilers to customers in North America. The firm has announced the appointment of Evergreen Products International as the distributor of their condensing wall-hung models.
Riello Group is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. Founded in Italy nearly a hundred years ago, Riello is known for its industrial innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, with a reputation for quality, reliability, and sustainability. Now, Riello is teaming up with Evergreen to bring these products to customers throughout North America.
“We are confident this line-up represents our commitment to introduce into the heating market, both in Canada and USA, a range of products,” says Umberto Ferretti, CEO of Riello Group. “Guided by the Riello Energy for Life value proposition, and working with Evergreen Products International, the product range dedicated to North America will strengthen the Riello tradition of excellence, built on continuous innovation, collaboration, responsiveness, trust, and confidence.”
The Riello North America wall-hung boilers feature 95 percent AFUE rating, 10:1 and 7:1 turndown ratios, as well as green product certification including low nitrogen oxide emissions and no-lead standards.
- The 95 percent AFUE Riello FAMILY PRO boiler is available in two models, heating-only, and combination heating (CH) and domestic hot water (DH). Both FAMILY PRO models have a 7:1 modulation range, from 119,000 btu/hr input to 19,600 btu/hr. In DHW production mode, the combi unit operates at 151,000 btu/hr.
- The 95 percent AFUE Riello RESIDENCE PRO is a smaller combination CH and DHW boiler that modulates from 85,000 to 17,000 btu/hr.
- The 10:1 commercial Riello CONDEXA PRO condensing heating-only boiler is available in two sizes, producing up to 75 kW (255,902 Btu/hr) and 117 kW (399,204 Btu/hr) respectively. These commercial units have a built-in circulating pump and cascade control; the boilers may be cascaded up to six units.
Venting options and the Riello Active Combustion Control for set-up and calibration are other advantages. The Riello Wi-Fi thermostat, RiCLOUD, enables remote access to Riello boiler codes and parameters from anywhere, using a Riello application on a smartphone or tablet.
