Armstrong Commercial Ceilings and Walls’ Save the Ceilings program has diverted more than 61,500 tons of ceiling waste from landfills since its inception in 1999. The old ceiling panels are used to manufacture Armstrong Ceiling-2-Ceiling panels. All brands of dry, pulpable mineral-fiber ceiling panels or tiles with metal spines removed, dry fiberglass panels, and vinyl or scrim-faced mineral-fiber panels are accepted.To recycle ceiling panels, register a project with Armstrong Recycling Center, submit required documentation, place the ceiling panels on pallets or in containers, then call to arrange pickup of the material.
