Sherwin-Williams has been inducted into the Hall of Fame of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Best in American Living Awards. The award recognizes companies, organizations and individuals who have positively impacted the residential building and construction professions through thought leadership, education and design excellence.
“Sherwin-Williams is proud to join the ranks of influential building community members as a part of the eighth class of Best in American Living Hall of Fame inductees,” says Brian Gallagher, senior vice president at Sherwin-Williams. “For more than 150 years, we have dedicated ourselves to supporting residential building professionals through product innovation, educational resources and color leadership, and are honored to have been recognized for that commitment.”
The honor is awarded by members of NAHB’s Design Committee, who cited Sherwin-Williams’ eagerness to educate as a factor in their selection. Sherwin-Williams has a proven track record in color and design innovation and has used its resources to advance the residential building industry and educate all professionals.
From developing its annual Colormix Forecast to showcase trends to fostering the next generation of builders and designers through the Student Design Challenge, Sherwin-Williams has encouraged growth in the industry and is committed to supporting it in the years to come.
