Viridian Reclaimed Wood introduced a line of solid-strip paneling and flooring derived from reclaimed structural beams.

Available in two varieties—Granary Plank Smooth Face Naily and Granary Plank Antique—the new products are milled from a mix of Douglas-fir and pine beams reclaimed from granaries and warehouses throughout the Pacific Northwest. Both are FSC-certified Recycled 100 percent Post-Consumer Reclaimed.

Smooth Face Naily features dark holes and black oxide stains to create a vintage look, an ideal option when seeking a rustic look with the performance of a smooth surface. Antique is designed to have more vintage character than the smooth-face product with black nail holes, aged patina, faint saw marks and indentations from its prior use. The material is precision milled for easy installation while remaining true to its industrial origins.

Granary Plank is primarily suited for paneling and flooring but can also be milled for countertop and tabletop surfaces. It comes in 5/8-inch thickness, 5-inch face width and in lengths of 24 to 96 inches.

Viridian hardwood flooring products can contribute points toward the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Credits: MRc3 (Materials Reuse), MRc4 (Recycled Content), MRc5 (Regional Materials) and MRc7 (Certified Wood).
