For most designers, 2012 financial results and satisfaction with the profession have been mixed and even dismal:
- 98.5 percent of interior designers feel underpaid for the amount of work they do.
- 94 percent of designers want or need to make more money.
- 72.6 percent of designers feel overwhelmed.
- 80 percent want to feel more satisfied with their level of success.
- 67.2 percent struggle to stay organized.
New data revealed in the 2013 Interior Design Fee & Salary Survey eBook also shows 10 key strategies that celebrity and high-earning designers use to earn high incomes and achieve success.
