Tubelite has introduced its client development manager trainee program. The program is designed to train aspiring sales professionals to promote Tubelite’s storefront, curtainwall, entrances and daylight control systems to glazing contractors and architectural teams.
Cameron Shooltz, client development manager for Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and western North Dakota, completed the program in November 2018. He reports directly to Terry Robinholt, Tubelite regional sales manager. Shooltz began at Tubelite in 2016 as a junior general accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting information management from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Mich.
“During his first year, Cameron has been able to utilize various steps from the training program to build long-term relationships and provide our clients with valuable opportunities,” says Robinholt.
Graham Green, client development manager for northeast Ohio, completed the program in October 2019. He reports directly to Jim Oberlin, Tubelite regional sales manager. Green began at Tubelite in 2016 as a sales intern and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
“The program has exposed Graham to almost every aspect of our business at Tubelite,” Oberlin states. “He has spent countless hours working in several key functions to ensure our clients’ success, and thus our success in this important territory.”
