VT Industries Inc. announced Jason Farver has been named president of VT Industries effective Jan. 1, 2020. As president, Farver will continue to have responsibility for all of its operating units and will now be responsible for all of the corporate functions. Jason will continue to report to Doug Clausen, chairman and CEO.
Farver, 43, has worked at VT for 11 years and has served as chief operating officer since 2017. Under Farver’s leadership, the architectural wood door division, has seen double digit growth, expanded the Holstein operational footprint and improved execution across its plants. Farver also played an instrumental role in leading the acquisition and integration of Eggers Industries. These actions helped drive topline growth and expanded the company’s leading market share position in the U.S. door industry.
“For over a decade, Jason has built an impressive track record of strategic, operational and commercial accomplishments,” says Doug Clausen. “He has proven to be a successful and trusted leader and brings to this position a strong reputation for developing people and inspiring teams. His wealth of experience across our door and countertop divisions will be a valuable asset as we continue to expand our product lines and drive revenue growth. Jason is the symbol of servant leadership and I could not be more pleased about his appointment to this critical role at this point in the company’s evolution.”
“As our family transitions VT into the third generation, we believe that Jason Farver’s leadership experience coupled with his strategic thinking and proven ability to deliver results make him the right person to lead VT’s strategic priorities and drive sustainable growth,” comments Trisha Schmitt, vice president of corporate marketing and family member.
“I am honored to take on this role and look forward to partnering with Doug, the family, and our talented VT team to continue to take VT Industries to the next level,” states Farver.
