Pella Upgrades Order Management and Field Service Software to Cilio

Cilio Technologies LLC, a developer of order management and field service software for home improvement manufacturers, retailers and installers, has announced it will work with Pella Corp. to enhance visibility, clarity, and accuracy of customer orders and project status. Pella will use Cilio’s Partners Portal and Customer Installations Online (CiO) cloud-based software to improve communication and automate order management between sales branches, manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.

Nearly 100 years old, Pella has more than 17 manufacturing locations and 200 showrooms across the U.S. As the company continues to grow, it is increasingly critical to promote precise communication between branch locations and corporate facilities to ensure order accuracy, up-to-date project status and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Cilio’s Partners Portal will allow Pella’s corporate offices and manufacturers to automate order entry directly from local branches and other channel partners and track every detail about every order in a single environment. Cilio CiO is a powerful tool for branch offices and independent installation companies to manage and scale their businesses. It will allow Pella’s local sales offices to automate the order management process, from order entry and scheduling to tracking paperwork and reconciling payments with financial software.
