A complementary combination of three PACCLAD exposed fastener profiles was specified. Approximately 8,000 square feet of Petersen’s 7/8-inch Corrugated, 7.2 Panels and M-36 Panels finished in Bone White, Cardinal Red and Cityscape, respectively, were installed.
Architect Charles Green of WM2A Architects sees corrugated and other exposed fastener systems as important design elements for wall cladding. “Everyone was really pleased with the way it turned out,” he says. “It was a successful job and the finished project is quite handsome.”

The Retrofit
Completion of a major renovation and expansion of the Rosa Jackson Recreation Center in the historic Fort Hill area of Macon has been met with rave reviews. The facility now includes a new multipurpose room, gymnasium, computer lab, playground and other amenities to make the center a family destination.
The community provided input regarding the building’s design. “We developed a community wish list and followed it faithfully,” Green explains. “Better yet, the project came in under budget and was completed ahead of schedule. It was a win/win for everybody.”
