ProVia, a provider of exterior building products, has announced that the company’s entryLINK product configurator has been completely revamped to centralize and streamline product design selection and order entry for their dealers. The goal for the new entryLINK system is to streamline the process of viewing products and making design choices, while integrating selections with order entry. This makes ordering easier and error-free, and is especially useful given ProVia’s broad range of customization options for products.
The new entryLINK is fully optimized for mobile devices such as Apple iPads and Android tablets. When signing in from a mobile device, entryLINK automatically optimizes for that dealer’s particular platform. entryLINK can also be used on PC or Macintosh desktop computers and laptops.
The revamped entryLINK system provides numerous benefits for ProVia dealers, including:
• Ease of Use: Makes it easy and intuitive to select from ProVia’s myriad customization options.
• Real-time Information: Provides real-time checks (error warnings will pop up for incorrect choices) and visual cues to confirm proper sizing, options, energy performance and pricing.
• Saves Time: In a traditional paper ordering process, requests were initiated via fax, followed by a back-and-forth confirmation process to dial in specs and pricing. The new entryLINK saves time by providing real-time feedback that finalizes orders more quickly.
