TAMKO Building Products Inc. has introduced a tool that contractors can use to help close the sale when pitching a deck project. The Envision Contractor Box is available for contractors and contains imagery, swatch cards and decking samples. These assets are designed to find decking to match a building owner’s individual style.
“We want contractors to feel confident when working with our composite decking products,” says Envision Decking Director of Sales and Marketing Shara Gamble. “The Contractor Box equips contractors with our latest homeowner-focused marketing material specially tailored to help them win at the kitchen table.”
Inside the box contractors will find not only traditional product samples but the Envision and EverGrain color swatch cards as well. These cards are a way for building owners to color-match other items including furniture, siding, hardscape materials and much more when shopping for their deck. The cards contain installation images on one side and a close-up product shot on the other.
“Contractors need items they can leave with homeowners so they have a chance to compare their selections and think about the full project aesthetics,” Gamble says. “Homeowners want to consider, ‘does this match the other features of my deck, like the fire pit stone or counter tops for the outdoor kitchen?’”
The cards also include photos of installations of Envision and EverGrain products so building owners get a sense of how composite decking can transform their outdoor space into an oasis built to last.
And finally, each box holds a sample piece of every color offering from both the Envision and EverGrain composite decking lines to provide building owners with the touch and feel experience. Together, the Contractor Box pieces present a product introduction to building owners and help elevate the professional presenting these products.
