Zero Energy Systems (ZES) has announced the release of “ZES Standardized Contractor Price List / Standard Product Offerings” for owners, designers, and contractors interested in utilizing structural concrete wall systems. This price list eliminates pricing fluctuations typically experienced in the precast industry from time of planning/design to when the project is finalized.
“Until now, owners and design professionals were unable to accurately budget projects because producers would manipulate pricing to their benefit,” states Scott Long, CEO/CTO for Zero Energy Systems. “Our plant is designed for on-time production at high volumes through standardization of wall systems. We will meet or beat a competitor’s price through our Price Match Program. Specify and order Zero Energy Systems’ wall panels with confidence. We’ve taken the guess-work out of pricing insulated concrete walls!” explains Long.
Zero Energy Systems’ offers manufacturing in a plant with tolerances of 3/8-inch or less, serving the Midwest, 7-state region, in a National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Certified Plant. ZES Wall systems are designed with edge-to-edge XPS (Owens Corning) insulation, fiber composite (non-metallic) connectors achieving a disaster resistant, sustainable building envelope.
